  2. Select fresh, green tomato stems and remove any dried parts.
  3. Crush the garlic cloves without peeling them.
  4. Gather the thyme and rosemary sprigs, with or without leaves.
  5. All elements must be washed and perfectly dried.
  6. Pour the olive oil into a saucepan and add all the herbs and vegetables.
  7. Heat the oil to approximately 60°C (140°F) and maintain that temperature for a few minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let it infuse while the oil cools.
