Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:
- Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped herbs, minced garlic, lime juice, one teaspoon of oil, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.

- Finely chop the shallots and cube the mushrooms into very small pieces.
