Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    • Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, chopped herbs, minced garlic, lime juice, one teaspoon of oil, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the Spring Rolls:
    • Finely chop the shallots and cube the mushrooms into very small pieces.
