  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel (flower of salt)
  • A few black sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and a few turns of black pepper.
  2. Pour the Panko breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
  3. Dip the oyster mushrooms into the beaten eggs, then coat them evenly with the Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a saucepan to 180°C (356°F) and fry the mushrooms until they attain a beautiful golden color.
  5. Alternatively, place the breaded mushrooms in the basket of your Airfryer and cook for 6 minutes at 200°C (392°F) using the fries/chicken setting.
