Instructions

  1. Cook the artichokes. You can either steam them for about 10 minutes at 120°C or boil them in a pot of water with salt and vinegar for 40 to 45 minutes until tender.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing the mustard with the oil like a mayonnaise, then add the vinegar.
  4. Chop the chives and parsley finely.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the grey shrimp, diced cherry tomatoes, chopped herbs, and 1 tablespoon of the dressing.
  6. Once the artichokes are cooked, remove the leaves and arrange them on a plate, placing the heart in the center (as shown in the photo).
