  • 120 g ramen noodles
  • 1 chicken carcass
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add the ramen noodles and cook for a few minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In another pot, cook the eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and plunge the eggs into cold water. Peel the eggs and set aside.
  3. Trim the green onions and chop them finely. Set them aside.
  4. In the pot with boiling water, add the chicken carcass and boil for 20 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and green onions.
