- 25 grams of butter
- 8 slices of smoked beef
Instructions
- Cut the red onions into wedges and place them in a saucepan with a little water, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook over very low heat for 10 minutes until tender. Then add the apple cider vinegar, mustard, and sugar, and cook for another 45 minutes on low heat until caramelized.
- Butter each slice of bread on one side.
