- 1 A.O.P Camembert or a small organic Belgian Latuy
- 1 beaten egg
- Fleur de sel (a pinch)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of Acacia honey
- ½ baguette of bread
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (homemade, of course)
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Some oak leaf salad leaves

Instructions
- Season the beaten eggs with fleur de sel and freshly ground black pepper.
- Remove the camembert from its box.
- Slice the baguette into pieces and toast them in the Philips Airfryer at 200°C (using the fries/chicken setting) for 4 minutes.
- Once the baguette slices are golden and crispy, set them aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey and thyme.
- Dip the camembert first in the beaten egg and then coat it in breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded camembert in the dish of the Philips Airfryer.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes (using the fries/chicken setting).
- When the Philips Airfryer beeps, drizzle the honey mixture over the camembert.
- Return to the Airfryer and cook at 180°C for another 1 minute.
- On a nice deep plate, arrange some oak leaf salad leaves, placing the camembert in the center.
