Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Boil water for the pasta.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Wash and cut the potimarron into strips. Place in an oven-safe dish, drizzle with olive oil, and roast in the oven.
- Cube the Herve cheese into small pieces.
- In a wok or large frying pan, sauté the onion in a bit of olive oil until translucent.
- Add the veal mince and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
- Pour in the cream and bring to a boil.
- Add the Herve cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the washed spinach to the mixture.
- Cook the pasta, removing 2 minutes from the recommended cooking time. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

- Remove the potimarron from the oven after about 20 minutes of roasting.
- Add the stuffed pasta to the same dish and return it to the oven to bake for another 15 minutes.
