- 1 stock cube

- 1.5 liters of water
Instructions
- Peel the onions and shallots, then roughly chop them.
- Peel and mince the garlic.
- Chop the basil finely.
- In a pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté the onions, shallots, and garlic with a teaspoon of garam masala until softened.
- Add the drained fava beans and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
- Cut the chorizo in half.
- Add the basil, tomatoes, and half of the chorizo to the pot.
- Let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the other half of the chorizo into small cubes and sauté them in a dry pan for a few minutes. Set aside.
- Once the soup is cooked, blend it finely (strain if you prefer a smoother texture), adjust the seasoning, and serve garnished with grilled chorizo cubes.
