Instructions

  1. Prepare the Clover Club cocktail in a shaker.
  2. First, chill a cocktail glass by swirling some ice cubes in it.
  3. In the shaker, combine 4 cl of gin and 1.5 cl of dry vermouth.
  4. Then add 2.5 cl of fresh lemon juice, 1.5 cl of raspberry syrup, and 1.5 cl of egg white.
  5. Add around ten ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  6. Remove the ice cubes from the chilled cocktail glass.
  7. Filter the mixture into the glass using a cocktail strainer.
  8. Optionally, garnish the drink with 3 raspberries.
