  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Several sprigs of chives
  • 4 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • For the dressing:
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard
    • 3 tablespoons of peanut oil or sunflower oil
    • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop the lettuce.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  4. Cut the oranges in half and then slice them into half-moons.
  5. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.
