Ingredients
- For the Churros:
- 170 g flour
- 150 ml water
- 110 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 50 g cane sugar
- ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, pour in the water.
- Add the butter and salt, then melt over low heat.
- Once the butter is melted, remove from heat and add the flour all at once.
- Mix well with a wooden spoon until you achieve a smooth dough.
- Add the egg and pumpkin puree, mixing until completely blended.
- Prepare a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- On the AirFryer grill, pipe out churro shapes.
- Preheat the AirFryer to 180°C (356°F) and cook the churros for 10 minutes.
